Order Policy: Once an order is put in process, the customer's credit card is charged. This is to insure the account status for the placed order. Any account problems must be resolved prior to entering the order into the system. You will be charged up front, and your order will be filled and shipped as soon as possible. Cancellation & Return Policy: If we can stop an order before it is shipped, we will. If the item was already shipped, the customer may return it or refuse shipment. Because of the cost of labor in stopping production, pulling, restocking, and re-cataloging a cancelled item, all cancelled items are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Any item cancelled after it has been shipped is subject to the standard 50% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. Minimum Orders: Some items require a minimum order quantity.
